A 'fighting drunk' has pleaded guilty to assaulting Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson at City of London Magistrates Court.

Reynolds' defence counsel, Adeola Olowu, claimed her client did not think it was Ferguson and had accidentally struck him, jokingly, while shadow boxing.
