Wayne Rooney admits he has missed too many games this season to accept a rest for Manchester United's UEFA Champions League draw against Roma.

Sir Alex Ferguson left the bulk of his big names back in England for Wednesday's 1-1 draw, but Rooney was among those to feature at Stadio Olimpico. 8 d' e; J% u$ H2 V* W0 t+ j% u
He captained United for the first time and, having been sidelined with foot and ankle injuries already this season, is in no mood to sit out any more matches. www.imanutd.com  L( }. C' x& A! k9 x" E
"I've missed enough games this season to be sitting out of any game," Rooney told Sky Sports News.
"I want to play in all the games. I didn't want to miss any more, especially after the start of the season. It was good for me to have a run-out tonight. : b: A1 B6 R2 D+ V
