Burnley have signed Manchester United Defender Phil Bardsley on loan. The twenty year old will be here until the end of the season and will feature against Stoke.
Salford born Bardsley plays in right-back or central defence and came through United's youth system and was part of their FA Youth Cup winning team of 2003.
He made his debut for Man U in a League Cup game against West Brom during December 2003.
Bardsley will wear squad number 18 in his time at Turf Moor.
