The United skipper wants the PFA to provide better education for players in order to negate the need for players' representatives, thereby keeping more money in the game.

除了抨击经纪人之外，内维尔也在劝说球员们要养成自己理财的习惯。“目前看来，除非球员们能够自己养成理财的习惯，否则情况就不会发生变化。有的球员认为他们需要经纪人的帮助——其实并不是这样。他们需要有人提供建议和理财，但不需要有人从他们的薪水中抽取一部分。”
