Sir Alex Ferguson has a welcome dilemma ahead of Saturday's encounter with Liverpool, with no new injuries sustained during the midweek win over Internazionale.
Only Owen Hargreaves, Wes Brown, Gary Neville and Rafael are assured of a sideline spot, giving the boss plenty of food for thought as United look to go 10 points clear of Liverpool.
“There are no injuries from Wednesday, which is great," Sir Alex said on Friday. “You worry how you'll come through it when you follow a big game with another big game. But they all seem fine.
“The difficult thing I have to do is pick a team, given that you always want freshness for such important matches. Liverpool had an extra day’s rest compared to our two-and-a-half days, so I'll consider my team very carefully. Hopefully I pick the right one.”
Sir Alex has no qualms about changing his line-up; his players are amenable to rotation as they recognise the benefits for the team.
“I’ve freshened up when I’ve needed to, and we’ve managed it well - so have the players. They accept it and support each other.
