The Portugal international has already netted an impressive 14 goals this season, continuing his outstanding form from United's last campaign.
And Queiroz has revealed that never before has he worked with such talent, heaping plaudits on the 22-year-old's 'creative mind'.
"During my career I have worked with players like (Zinedine) Zidane, Ronaldo of Brazil, Raul, Luis Figo and Roberto Carlos. Yet I can honestly say I have never seen such a football creation like Cristiano Ronaldo," he said in the News of the World.
"Cristiano has so much natural skill and ability, but the great thing abut him is that he has a creative mind that forces him to always try new things.

"Kaka has been named European Footballer of the Year and World Player of the Year, but in my opinion Ronaldo is better," he explained. 7 S* a! A$ ^2 g
"The only thing that Kaka has that Cristiano doesn't is a UEFA Champions League title. That is why he has won the big personal awards.
"I follow Cristiano in every game and I think he is more consistent than Kaka. 5 m8 G/ j8 z7 n# H ?
"This year he has produced more fantastic highlights than any other player. If it had been my decision then Cristiano would have been the world player of the year."
