This is my third trip to Japan with United and it’s somewhere I always enjoy visiting.曼联在线·球迷地带% Q" Y7 b, ^; R9 K# ~$ d
The support we have out here is amazing – there were hundreds of fans at the airport and the hotel to greet us on Monday afternoon when we arrived. We want to do our best to entertain them and ) s7 g- K# f) R' Y3 O4 k
put on a good show and hopefully we can do that while we’re here.
All the players are still adjusting to the time difference and getting over the long flight from the UK. I managed to get around eight hours' sleep on the plane so I don’t feel too bad, but it still takes a bit of time to acclimatise.

Between training and the games there is always quite a lot of time to kill on these trips. We all went for a stroll around Yokohama harbour on Tuesday afternoon which was nice. 曼联,曼联BT,曼联在线视频,曼联图片,曼联新闻,曼联论坛4 L; P8 \6 f: R
I’ve spent most of my free time either watching DVDs, listening to my iPod or playing pool with the lads in the games room at the hotel. I’m doing okay so far, I’ve won one game and lost one!
We’re all looking forward to Thursday’s semi-final against Gamba Osaka, but we know it won’t be an easy match for us.
I’ve played two pre-season games against Urawa Reds, who, like Gamba, are in the J-League, and they were tough opponents. So we need to stay focused and make sure we concentrate for the full 90 minutes. - 专业·专注·曼联中文网站& d' \# x8 O9 e8 z. s
Obviously with us being in Japan it means we’re missing this weekend’s round of league games, but we’ll certainly be keeping an eye on the results. Last weekend worked out being a decent one for us after Liverpool and Chelsea both drew games we expected them to take maximum points from. www.imanutd.com3 g3 ~2 O. p; i; q* |
Of course, we would have liked to have won at Tottenham and closed the gap on the top two, but it was a good point in the end and it means we’ve got another tough away trip out of the way.
It’s still very tight at the top and there have been some strange results over the last few weeks. Obviously the big four all drew last weekend, and last month there was that day when we all failed to score. So there have been lots of little twists already and I’m sure there’ll be more.
But for now we're focused on making sure we do well here in Japan because we want to win this trophy.

这是我随曼联第三次来到曰本，我很喜欢来这里。

这里的球迷真是难以置信，在机场和酒店，都有着数以百计的支持者在欢迎我们的到来，我们也一定会拿出自己最好的一面来娱乐他们，希望我们可以做到。

所有球员目前正在调整时差，我在飞机上睡了8个小时，因此我现在还不太疲劳，不过我还需要一些时间以适应新环境。

其他时候，我都在看DVD，或者听ipod，抑或是和其他人在游戏厅打台球，目前我战绩不错，赢了一场，输了一场。

我们都很期待周四和大阪钢巴的半决赛，而我们也清楚这场比赛并不容易。

我曾和浦和红钻队进行过两场季前赛，他们都是J联赛的球队，也是很难对付的对手，因此我们必须在90分钟都保持注意力集中。www.imanutd.com6 |( M2 u8 ?* F* l6 Z( q8 J' l, p0 q

显然，因为参加世俱杯，我们错过了本周末的联赛，不过我们也会关注这轮的赛果，上周的结果还不错，利物浦和切尔西都平了，本来我们以为他们不会丢分呢。, a2 w4 f2 ^& q3 t7 W8 N

当然，我们更希望能够赢下热刺，缩小积分差距，不过1分也不错了，我们又踢完了一场艰难的客场。www.imanutd.com+ D3 B0 s! [& s& W9 \

榜首的争夺依然十分激烈，过去几周的情况挺有意思，四强都在不断失分，而过去领衔的球队也在不断交替，我肯定以后这种情况还会更多。
